Book your own private tipi with concierge
Private Tipi groups will be treated to their own fully decorated, heated tipi with all-night bar and concierge -- for your group only. Head inside your private entrance to a crackling open fire, choose your own playlist, and gorge on three-course Christmas dining. All your guests will have access across Hinterland, and your tent for the whole evening. A unique way to celebrate Christmas this year.

You might pretend you don't want to hear the classics for the fiftieth time, but how about hearing them from our amazingly talented big brass bands, winding their way through the crowds, breaking the ice and bringing their unique buzz to the Snowball Main Stage. Followed up by our festive DJs, our music lineup is something not to miss.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does my reservation include?
Your reservation includes different things according to the type of ticket you purchase, but all tickets include access to the Hinterland venue (excluding private areas) from 6pm – 12am. Reserved Dining includes your meal and a table reservation from 6pm – 10pm, and Private Tipi reservations include your entire tipi, your group’s meals and concierge from 6pm – 12am.
When will I receive the details?
Your e-confirmation will be sent to you on completion of your booking online. This will include your entry code. Please bring this confirmation code with you when you arrive and we will exchange it for your wristband.
Does our whole party have to book together?
We encourage you to book together to ensure that seating will all be reserved in one area. If you do end up booking later than your friends, however, just get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do.
Private tipi places must be purchased in one order of at least 20 tickets for us to reserve the tipi for your group. Additional places for already reserved private tipis will be available directly through Hinterland bookings (email@example.com).
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no refunds will be given on sales – but you will be able to transfer your reservation (on your allocated date only) to another person. Just let us know the new name to attach to the booking, along with your confirmation code.
To ensure a high quality of service to our private tipi diners, please ensure all your guests arrive prior to your chosen service time. Reserved Dining is not limited to a service time, although please be aware that food service closes at 10pm.
Food stalls are available for general entry ticketholders between 6pm and 11pm.
WILL I BE SHARING A TABLE?
Tables in the reserved dining tipi are laid out in long, Bierkeller style settings, for a more communal, friendly and relaxed experience. Tables will be separated with dividers, however, for your privacy. All private tipi bookings will reserve the tables in that tipi exclusively for you and your group, and will not be shared with other diners.
Are There Vegetarian / Vegan Dining Options?
We have made sure that there is lots of delicious vegan food available for all diners. It would really help us if you did let us know in advance that you are vegetarian or vegan so we can plan for your visit.
I have food allergies. Can I eat your food?
Please advise us prior to your visit if you have dietary requirements so we can ensure you are catered for. Our experienced and award-winning chefs will be prepared and ready to serve you.
What time is the venue open?
The venue will open at 6pm and will close promptly at 12am. Hinterland bars and activities will be in full swing from venue opening, and Private Tipis will be open for your group all night.
Is the site suitable for disabled guests?
The event is located on hardstanding ground with limited steps.Disabled toilets will be available across the venue. If you want to find out more about your trip, please get in touch with us directly so we can best advise you and plan for your attendance.
Toilets will be available on site. There are no ATMs on site, but we can accept card payments at our bars.
Can I smoke?
There is no smoking or e-smoking anywhere inside any tent or structures on site, but external, heated smoking areas will be available for you.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone attempting to bring alcohol or drugs onto the site and to eject persons thought to be under the influence of or distributing drugs.
As a condition of our license and commitment to protecting young people, tickets will not be available to those under the age of 18. We also reserve the right to refuse access to those who cannot provide identification to prove their age. We will be operating a strict Challenge 21 policy across the site so please remember your ID. No refunds will be given in the event of a no-ID, no-entry decision.
Will the site be cold?
You should dress for cold weather whilst you are in outdoor areas, but all covered areas will be fully heated.
Limited disabled parking is available on site, but all other guests should use the ample on-street parking around the venue. There is also paid parking at the CitiPark Leeds Dock, about 5 mins walk from the venue.
